"Bite" is only the second canvas in which I used three shades of primer (white, black, and grey), and both black and white paint, taking me in a new direction. It also does not have a set top, and can be viewed from different directions.

THESE lively Chihuahuas are cared for by my brother-in-law and his family. Their shenanigans inspired this group of paintings. The two youngest are black and white which makes for great contrast in a painting of wrestling dogs.
